TURCA APP is a service encompassing inventory management, carpet production, finance, and accounting modules. This document governs the terms of use for your access to TURCA APP services. Please read these terms carefully. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use TURCA APP services.
By accessing or using TURCA APP services, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf. TURCA APP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the service, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TURCA APP services. Users under 13 are prohibited from accessing the service. Age verification is required during registration, and parental consent may be necessary.
To use the service, you must create a user account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your password. TURCA APP is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
All data you upload, transmit, or share through TURCA APP (user data) belongs to you. TURCA APP does not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant TURCA APP a limited license to host, transmit, and display your data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions for the data you upload.

The service is free for end users. Business management services are subject to monthly or annual subscription fees. Fees are set by TURCA APP and may change without prior notice. To cancel your subscription, send a written request to info@turca.app. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If you violate these terms, TURCA APP may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service with 10 business days’ notice. No refunds will be provided for terminations due to violations.
The service may include links to third-party services (e.g., payment processors). These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and risks associated with their use are your responsibility.
The service and its content are owned by TURCA APP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these terms. The TURCA APP logo and trademarks are protected under Turkish and international trademark laws.
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide to TURCA APP are non-confidential and become the property of TURCA APP. TURCA APP may use these submissions without restriction or compensation.
TURCA APP is not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. TURCA APP’s liability will not exceed 100 TRY in any case.
You agree to indemnify TURCA APP against any losses or damages resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
All notices must be in writing and sent via email or conventional mail. TURCA APP may post notices through the service to inform you of changes or important matters.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons. TURCA APP does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The service is provided “as is.”
